Georgia Probate Law

“Probate” is the process by which the Will of a Georgia resident is formally proven and “admitted to probate” by the Judge of the Probate Court in the deceased person’s county of residence. Administration is a similar process used for the estate of a person who died without a Will. Our firm represents Executors, Administrators, and other heirs and beneficiaries in the administration and settlement of Estates.
